Overview

This segment enjoys a clean diet rich in fibre and nutrients. Unsurprisingly they are the among the least likely to suffer from conditions like Type 2 diabetes. They are the most likely group to eat lots of fruit and veg. They are also the most likely segment to cook. Interestingly, this group is not particularly into the newest health trends. They are the least likely segment to regularly eat meat-free burgers, are not averse to a ready meal and are neither more nor less likely than other segments to be open to trying new foods which are healthier.

For many in this segment, exercise is a massive component of their lives. They are a physically active bunch, having the highest levels of activity; the majority exercising either every day or three to six times a week. Often found in high-end gyms, this group loves the gym, usually enjoying a yoga session or a group workout.

Individuals in this segment don’t generally shy away from either cosmetic enhancement or surgery. A large number of them, relative to the other segments, have undertaken or considered these procedures. Unsurprisingly, this segment keeps themselves well maintained; they are one of the most likely groups to spend more than £50 a week on body maintenance.

Another reason this segment is exceedingly healthy is that they have an attitude which is improvement orientated. They are by some distance the most committed segment when it comes to improving their health.
