Overview

Inactive chefs are more likely to get ill than the average person. Interestingly, they are not big drinkers as might be expected among a group who heavy smokes.

In a similar way to the Stuck in the Mud segment, one obstacle for them to increase their physical activity is disability. They are also one of the more likely segments to have Type 2 diabetes.

This segment is not very physically active. Intense exercise like running and team sports is uncommon; there is, however, a higher probability that this segment will partake in swimming or cycling.

Their diet is quite poor. There is a high propensity towards red meat but not fruit and vegetables. It is comparatively likely that an addiction to salt is preventing many in this segment from eating a healthier diet. Despite this, Inactive Chefs are the best cooks of all Vigor segments.

This segment is stuck in their ways regarding trying new health trends, and making health and wellbeing improvements. They are the joint least likely group to eat meat-free burgers, and the most likely segment not to want to improve their health and wellbeing.
